the service was quick and efficient. I had a standard double room, basic but clean. the staff was attentive, remembering my drink order when i ordered another one.

The room was comfortable with good decor. i found the room quiet, despite being near a roundabout. good quality toiletries were in the bathroom. It was a pleasant surprise.

the hotel is next to the main bus and coach station. this location offers easy access to public transport. it is also near many businesses and shops, very convenient for work.

the breakfast was fine. it offered a reasonable selection of items.

i found the room to be quite noisy because of nearby bars. loud music played late into the night, difficult to sleep before midnight. the air conditioning unit rattled loudly so i had to turn it off, resulting in an uncomfortably warm room, so i couldn't get a good night's sleep.

Breakfast had a decent selection and refills were regular.

The room carpets were filthy. A cracked bathroom sink and traffic noise added to the disappointment. The receptionist stated I received an upgrade, however, it was a room with a bath. This I cannot use due to a medical condition. This resulted in moving rooms and shifting all luggage.
